187kW hydraulic diesel power unit with stage V John Deere motor

This power unit was designed by our hydraulic experts at the request of a customer and assembled in our own workshop. This hydraulic diesel power unit is used for powerful directional drilling underground. Watch the video of this unit here to get an impression.
Technical specifications:
The powerpack can be operated with remote control or with the buttons on the machine.
Oil temperature monitoring by means of a beeper at 85 degrees. Lifting eyes and holes for forklift flails for movement.
Bulkhead couplings bucket for connecting hydraulic hoses.
Connection for an additional external emergency stop.
Hydraulic oil cooler
The powerpack is equipped with a hydraulically driven hydraulic oil cooler (it is driven by hydraulic pump 5):
At 40 degrees the cooler will run 1000RPM
At 60 degrees the cooler will run 3000RPM
Extra opties:
Pumps: The engine drives three variable piston pumps and two gear pumps, at 2100 RPM the pumps deliver the following hydraulic specifications:
Pump 1 is a 112cc variable (plunger) pump that delivers a maximum of 224 l/min and a maximum pressure of 210 bar
Pump 2 is an 80cc variable (plunger) pump that delivers a maximum of 165 l/min and a maximum pressure of 210 bar
Pump 3 is a 45cc variable (plunger) pump that delivers a maximum of 81 l/min and a maximum pressure of 300 bar
Pump 4 is a 19cc gear pump that delivers 40l/min and a maximum pressure of 180 bar
Pump 5 is a 17cc gear pump delivering 36 l/min and a maximum pressure of 225 bar
